CHEMICAL BRIGHTENING (BOMBING)
The chemical brightening (bombing) plants provide a chemical brightening process for goldsmith manufactured pieces through a reaction between hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and potassium cyanide (KCN).
The reaction takes place under a fume hood and in complete security.
The unit is designed and manufactured to meet the various production needs: the reactor is suitable for processing both small and big batches.
The plant is equipped with a storage tank with filtration system for the effluents that allow to gather the liquids for a later recovery of the precious metals dissolved in solution.
MAIN FEATURES:
- Versatile (allows the processing of gold and silver alloys);
- Safe;
- Minimal precious metals removal;
- Precious metals recovery at a later step;
